The advice of the President of Brazil issued a press release stating that the President just signed a secret project called "The Cyber Man". Without many words in the text the statement said the project includes the use of a supercomputer that will control several robots that accompany each minister wherever each goes, in order to assist in the administration of public affairs. Abuzz the press began to speculate what the true meaning of doing such a thing. Within minutes of the President go on national television to officially unveil the new political era of democracy, various programs have been specially created to discuss the matter a few minutes before the president's speech.
A reporter weaves his comments at the beginning of one of these TV programs:
